Tim Lytton

Tim Lytton, owner and President of Lytton Enterprises, was born in West Virginia and raised in Florida. He has grown up in the construction industry and is a third generation general contractor. Through his vast experience, Tim has achieved the highest degree of Contractors License that is achievable in the State of Florida and has carried it for over 40 years. Tim has managed construction for large national building contractors, along with family run organizations. His experience in residential construction, from small starter homes to million dollar homes, gives Tim a wealth of information to draw on for homes of any size. Tim’s commercial projects include steel buildings, motels, medical facilities, retail outlets, office buildings, storage facilities and churches. Tim’s integrity, dynamic hands-on approach and extensive experience in residential and commercial new construction and remodeling is the heart and core of Lytton Enterprises’ network of design and engineering professionals and craftpersons who have the ability of taking homes, commercial and remodeling projects from the original concept to the fruitful completion of the project.

Harriet S. Pautler

Interior Design Degree * International Academy of Merchandising and Design * Magna Cum Laude * Tampa, Florida * 1999 Harriet grew up in Inverness and has returned to the area after living in Tampa for many years, while raising two children with her husband Dean. Harriet and Dean were thrilled to be back in Citrus County and found the perfect lake house to renovate and make it their forever home. Harriet became a client of Lytton Enterprises, before joining his team and understands all the emotions that go with building a new home. She works hard to make your building journey with Lytton Enterprises an enjoyable and exciting experience. Picking out colors and finishes is the “fun part” and Harriet will work with you from start to finish to ensure your home is just what you envisioned.
